Features
The eSIP servers are fully loaded with maximum licenses per server when installed. There is no cost to add users or trunks along the line, greatly decreasing the overall cost of the systems. The servers are sized based on number of users and trunks - only pay for what you need.

Users with ESI Access video readers (sold separately) can also view the reader's video feed directly on the ePhoneX's color display.

ESI eMobile for Desktop
The ESI eMobile for Desktop is a softphone application for the ESI eSIP Evolution Series on-premises solutions. This allows full access to calling from the PC, so users can handle calls without a deskphone.
ESI Communicator
The ESI Communicator is desktop software that gives call control to the users directly from the PC - for easy call management, drag and drop transfers, presence management - view of all system extensions, dockable widgets, chat, ACD agent supervisor monitoring, parked calls, access to voice mail.
Call Centers on the ESI eSIP Servers
An efficient call center management system can improve performances by 100% or more, while also significantly improving customer satisfaction. ESI has partnered with Loway to provide the Queuemetrics software for monitoring and reporting on agent and queue activity. Agents can see their own call status and queue status real time, have pause options and can dial out utilizing a softphone - all from the desktop. Supervisors can track data on queues, calls, and agent performance real time, including:
- • incoming calls with phone numbers, waiting times, conversation time and engaged agents
• agents online status (available, busy, on pause), time of last connection to a queue, last call and name of it
• add and remove agents from queues
• listen to agents conversations
• send instant messages to agents
