Date and Time Change information for TOSHIBA systems
Instructions to change the time and date on your CIX Telephone System (This procedure may be done from any display telephone). If you have an IPedge server, please contact us at 225-924-2700 for date and time changes.
Note: If you are using a Strata DK system, you must make these changes at the Ext 200 telephone.
To set the TIME
- Press the intercom or DN button (may be labeled with the telephone extension number) on your telephone. You hear dial tone.
- While listening to dial tone, enter #652. You hear a confirmation tone. If you hear fast busy, the feature code has been changed or is not programmed.
- Enter the time HHMMSS in the 24-hour clock format, where HH = Hour, MM = Minute and SS = Seconds. Use leading zeros. Example: To enter 6:05AM and 30 seconds, enter 060530; and 2:30PM and 45 seconds, enter 143045.
- Press #. You hear a confirmation tone.
- Press Spkr. The telephone returns to the idle mode with your telephone LCD displaying the new set time.
To set the DATE
- Press the intercom or DN button (may be labeled with the telephone extension number) on your telephone. You hear dial tone.
- While listening to dial tone, enter #651. You hear a confirmation tone. If you hear fast busy, the feature code has been changed or is not programmed.
- Enter the date as YYMMDD, where YY = Year, MM = Month and DD = Day. Example: To enter October 9, 2008, enter 081009.
- Press #. You hear a confirmation tone.
- Press Spkr. The telephone returns to the idle mode with your telephone LCD displaying the new set date. The day-of-week (Monday, Tuesday, etc.) is automatically set by the system.
Date and Time Change information for ESI systems
To change the time or date on your ESI phones:
Press the PROGRAM button
Press the HOLD button
Enter the admin password, then #. If you don’t know the admin password, please contact our office.

Press 4
Press 1
Follow prompts to enter correct time and date.
