Authorized Toshiba Dealer
As an authorized Toshiba dealer, we are equipped to provide the most current communications systems at the most competitive pricing in the industry.
And we are backed by the high level of service and support provided by Toshiba to their exclusive authorized dealer network.
Toshiba’s UCedge™ client brings unified communications to Windows® PCs and Mac® OS X® computers and Android™ and iOS® smartphones and tablets. UCedge works on Toshiba’s VIPedge® and IPedge® phone systems, as well as Strata® CIX systems with an IPedge Application Server.
And if your company is using a hybrid of Toshiba premise and cloud phone systems, UCedge is federated and sees them as one network. Features work the same across the company and on different device types.
Your communications system is more than a tool to connect with colleagues, customers and vendors. It projects an image. It sends a strong message about the efficiency, productivity and professionalism of your business. With Toshiba’s IPedge system, every location, every branch office—from 8 users to thousands of users—can present an enterprise-class face to the world.
With Toshiba’s IPedge, sophisticated IP communications come in a single, compact server that occupies a mere 1U of rack space or sits on a shelf. One server provides the productivity, convenience and control capabilities the business needs, such as:
•Complete business telephone features
•Voice mail with unified messaging
•Meet-me audio and video conferencing with Web collaboration
•Contact center solutions
Hybrid IP Systems
Toshiba’s Strata CIX platform is an IP communications system that also supports legacy digital technology. Although many Strata CIX systems in the field have IP phones on them, many businesses—particularly those with fewer than 100 lines—do not have LAN wiring to every desktop and still find value in digital phones.
With the ability to support a mix of IP, digital and analog phones, Strata CIX is ideal for organizations that want to keep using the existing digital phones as long as possible and evolve to IP in phases. For instance, you could give digital phones to local employees and more sophisticated IP devices to road warriors, telecommuters and staff in remote offices.
