Or you may call or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and request that the specific instructions to your system set up be emailed to you. We will only send the instructions to an authorized administrator on the account.

If you know the voice mail security code/password and would like to change it:
On an ESI phone, press PROG/HELP or HELP, then press 5 for voice mail password, press 1 to enter new password.
On a Toshiba phone – if your mailbox button is blinking, press it. When prompted for a security code, enter the current security code then #.
Then press 3 to manage mailbox, 2 for options, and 3 for security code to change it. You will be prompted to enter, then re-enter the new security code.
